How will digital technology affect business?

I'm reviewing for my FBLA competencies, but I couldn't find information or reason for digital technology affect business? How does it involve marketing system? Anyone please help me. Thanks.

1. Seriously... I've been waiting for this question just so I can suggest that you read Ted Kaczynski's manifesto. He writes about this subject... and to be honest, he's quite the prophet.
2. Digital technology revolutionizes the world of business by the following: 1. It can process data in huge volume 2. Financial information is timely which is needed for important decision making process 3. Access to data storage could easily be stored and retrieved any time. 4. Marketing analysis of trends ie. sales, costs, market behavior, and input factors of products could easily be analyzed. 5. Products are produced faster 6. Making orders from market demand could easily be supplied 7. communication is faster, reliable, and cost efficient 8. Work load of employees will be lesser and efficient 9. Data and financial analysis is far accurate and/or reliable 10. on-line facilities could give real time control and monitoring of multifarious activities in your business. 11. On-line information could also give more financial information to investors, thus giving them confidence and reliability to the management 12. in relation to #11, it would give more investors to your business. 13. Stock Trading will be easier\ 14. Financial information processing will be faster 15. Administrative, financial, and marketing Risk analysis will be easier and give better picture on business liquidity and solvency.
